1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 218plus website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any feature of the 218plus Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 218plus Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any portion of the Platform. Use of the Platform is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. 218plus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 218plus Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 218plus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform, or otherwise permitted by applicable law to access online gaming services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 218plus, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 218plus or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering on 218plus, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 218plus reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 218plus Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 218plus. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. 218plus employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and their balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 218plus login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 218plus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 218plus support immediately.

218plus reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 218plus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 218plus accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods:

• GCash — the primary and most widely used deposit method for 218plus players.
• PayMaya / Maya — accepted for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Philippine Bank Transfer — supported banks include BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks.

Deposits are credited to your 218plus account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 218plus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 218plus reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits and to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits.

All funds deposited into your 218plus account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. 218plus may request proof of ownership of any payment method used and may suspend transactions pending verification.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 218plus are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable Philippine financial regulations. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.

Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval for amounts within standard limits. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

218plus reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violations; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal amount is below the minimum threshold set by 218plus.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

218plus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• 218plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using automated software — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 218plus Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All game outcomes on 218plus are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. 218plus does not manipulate game outcomes. All games are sourced from certified providers and are subject to independent fairness audits.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 218plus will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 218plus shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at 218plus's discretion.

218plus reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any form of cheating or collusion. Any winnings derived from such circumstances will be forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 218plus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, or identity theft.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 218plus Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 218plus staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

218plus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from the account dashboard after logging in to 218plus:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 218plus Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

218plus complies with PAGCOR guidelines on responsible gaming. Players who have self-excluded from 218plus will not receive marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion period. 218plus staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players displaying concerning patterns.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 218plus Platform — including but not limited to the 218plus name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of 218plus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 218plus Platform without the prior written consent of 218plus. Any unauthorized use of 218plus intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 218plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

218plus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 218plus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

218plus does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 218plus makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

12. Privacy

218plus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 218plus Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

218plus complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

13. Termination

You may close your 218plus account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

218plus reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 218plus is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; (c) 218plus suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) 218plus decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination for cause, 218plus may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 218plus Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

218plus operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection or data privacy law.

15. Amendments

218plus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 218plus Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
